I bring nearly three decades of financial-services and executive leadership experience, including senior roles within both a global financial institution and an entrepreneurial registered investment adviser. I have led across operations, compliance, client service, talent development, governance, and organizational change, giving me a practical understanding of what happens inside a business as growth creates greater complexity.

My background spans executive leadership across operations, compliance, talent development, and management, with a consistent focus on building processes that support, not stifle, high performance. I am often described as a “culture carrier”: someone who brings clarity, rigor, and accountability while protecting the values and identity that make a firm successful in the first place.

I founded Z Lab to help leadership teams move from reactive operations to intentional execution. Together, we define clear priorities, establish ownership and accountability, formalize workflows, and strengthen operational and compliance foundations so teams can operate with confidence, consistency, and alignment. The result is a firm that runs more smoothly, scales more predictably, and positions its leadership to focus on growth, client relationships, and long-term vision.

My role is not to take over your business, but to walk alongside you as a trusted partner, providing structure, perspective, and execution discipline so your firm can grow the right way, without losing what made it exceptional to begin with.
